A full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is needed to provide comprehensive social work services within a K-12 school setting, serving middle and high school students. This role focuses on delivering guidance counseling, case management, and social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum support to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the semester-long contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver guidance counseling tailored to middle and high school students, addressing academic and personal challenges.
- Conduct case management, coordinating resources and support for students and families.
- Implement and support SEL curriculum to promote positive social skills and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized intervention plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.
